I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to deal with your company. I was having a circulating pump problem and talked with John.

WOW, it was like going back 20 years,no press 1 for this and 2 for that, I actually talked with someone who was knowledgable and helpful.

The rebuild kit went out monday as promiseed and arrived on wednesday. Thirty minutes later I had a functioning pump, just in time for the night.

thank you so much, that was exactly what was wrong with it. I changed the white wire from the terminals on the box to the breaker and it works now. I so appreciate your help.

Every time you turn on the spa another jet pops out. Well the problem is the diffuser has deteriorated. You can replace the back portion or the entire jet internal. The diffuser is much cheaper and not hard to replace. Contact us if you need help finding the right part.
