Overview

You will need one flange, either A,B or C
You will also need the correct element from D
You can replace any of the 5 x 5 plate heaters made with these components.
5 x 5 Universal heater components.
Choose from several styles of flanges and combine with your choice of heater element to make a heater for any application.

(A) Universal Flange
5 x 5, dual 5/16 thermowells mounting studs for thermodisc and current collector.
Used in many heaters with plastic or metal manifolds.
Do not use with Hydro-Quip, Aquatherm, Sunwave or Vita Spas. See below.

(B) Hydro-Quip/Aquatherm Flange
5 x 5 , dual 5/16 thermowells, studs for thermodisc and current collector.
1/8 npt pressure switch tap.
Studs for elmwood self resetting sensor (redundant hi limit) found on Hydro-Quip, Aquatherm, Sun Wave.

(C) DM/Vita Spa Flange
5 x 5 dual 5/16"" thermowells, studs for thermodisc and current collector.
1/8 npt pressure switch tap.
Note stud for current collector is rotated 90 to allow for proper orientation of the current collector to the manifold.
Use only in DM/Vita Spas.
