  • I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to deal with your company. I was having a circulating pump problem and talked with John. WOW, it was like going back 20 years,no press 1 for this and 2 for that, I actually talked with someone who was knowledgable and helpful. The rebuild kit went out monday as promiseed and arrived on wednesday. Thirty minutes later I had a functioning pump, just in time for the temperature drop last night.

  • Just wanted to let you know that I received the unit on Friday and installed it Saturday.....it worked just GREAT, finally a 104 degree hot tub. I can't thank you enough for you patience in helping me and finding out exactly what I needed. I now know this, I now know the one and only place for my spa supplies.   • Just wanted to send you an e-mail to thank you for assistance in troubleshooting my spa. My spa is up and running thanks to you and SPAS & MORE. Your company is the only company that was willing to work with me. Every other company that I contacted via the Internet or Laing's site did not sell what I needed or would only sell me a whole new pump/moter at a cost of over $400.00 with shipping.I will be recommending your company to all of my friends that have spas.
